Member for Amber Valley (Nigel Mills) have been appointed as full members of the United Kingdom Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe in place of the Rt. Hon. Member for Clwyd West (David Jones) and the Hon. Member for Tewkesbury (Laurence Robertson). The Hon.
