I will represent the UK.</p><p>The substantive items on 10 November will be: the state of play of preparations for the 11<sup>th</sup> World Trade Organization Ministerial Conference, the state of play of the EU Trade Negotiations with Mexico, and the state of play of the EU Trade negotiations with Mercosur.
