{"value":{"id":1950866,"memberId":4972,"member":null,"memberRole":"Minister of State for Transport","uin":"HLWS403","dateMade":"2026-10-20T00:00:00","answeringBodyId":27,"answeringBodyName":"Department for Transport","title":"Publication of Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) 2026-27 Business Plan","text":"<p>My Honourable Friend, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport (Justin Madders), has made the following Ministerial Statement.</p><p>I would like to update the House that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)’s 2026-27 business plan was published yesterday.</p><p> </p><p>The business plan sets out the key business priorities that the DVLA will deliver and any significant changes it plans to make to its services as well as the key performance indicators by which the DVLA’s performance will be assessed.</p><p> </p><p>The business plan allows users of the DVLA’s services to understand the agency’s plans for delivering its vital services to motorists and managing its finances.</p><p> </p><p>The business plan is available electronically on GOV.UK and copies will be placed in the libraries of both Houses.</p><p> </p>","house":"Lords","noticeNumber":0,"hasAttachments":false,"hasLinkedStatements":true,"linkedStatements":[{"linkedStatementId":1950801,"linkType":"JointStatement","linkDate":"2026-10-20T00:00:00"}],"attachments":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Statements/1950866","method":"GET"}]}
