Hon. the Lord Jones of Pennybont has been appointed as the Leader of the UK Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of the Rt. Lord Touhig.</p><p> </p><p>The Hon. Member for Gedling (Michael Payne MP) has been appointed as a full member of the United Kingdom Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of the Hon.
