Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Alistair Carns) has made the following Written Ministerial Statement.</p><p> </p><p>I am pleased to lay before Parliament today the Service Police Complaints Commissioner’s Annual Report for 2024 on the Service Police Complaints system.</p><p> </p><p>This report is published by Margaret Obi and covers the operation of the Service Complaints system and the delivery of her functions in her second year as the Commissioner.
