The direction has been given in accordance with sections 3 and 5 of the Energy Act 2004.</p><p>This direction will expand the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s responsibilities under the Energy Act 2004 to allow them to collect and dispose of certain High Activity Sealed Sources in the UK.</p>","house":"Lords","noticeNumber":0,"hasAttachments":false,"hasLinkedStatements":false,"linkedStatements":null,"attachments":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Statements/1742194","method":"GET"}]}
