Friend the Parliamentary Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Alistair Carns,<strong> </strong>has made the following Written Ministerial Statement.</p><p> </p><p>I am pleased to lay before Parliament today the Service Police Complaints Commissioner’s Annual Report for 2023 on the Service Police Complaints system.</p><p> </p><p>This report is published by Margaret Obi and covers the operation of the Service Complaints system and the delivery of her functions in her first year as the Commissioner.</p><p> </p><p>The findings of the Report will now be considered fully by the Ministry of Defence, and a formal response to the Commissioner will follow once that work is complete.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>","house":"Lords","noticeNumber":0,"hasAttachments":false,"hasLinkedStatements":false,"linkedStatements":null,"attachments":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Statements/1734195","method":"GET"}]}
