{"value":{"id":1671623,"memberId":4499,"member":null,"memberRole":"Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport","uin":"HLWS53","dateMade":"2023-11-21T00:00:00","answeringBodyId":27,"answeringBodyName":"Department for Transport","title":"Motoring Executive Agency Business Plans for 2023-24","text":"<p>My Right Honourable friend, the Secretary of State for Transport (Mark Harper), has made the following Ministerial Statement.</p><p>I am pleased to announce the publication of the 2023-24 business plans for the Department for Transport’s Motoring Agencies: the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), and the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA).</p><p>Each agency’s business plans sets out:</p><p>1) the key business priorities that each agency will deliver and any significant changes they plan to make to their services, and</p><p>2) the key performance indicators, by which their performance will be assessed.</p><p>These plans allow service users and members of the public to understand the agencies’ plans for delivering their key services, progressing their transformation programmes, and managing their finances.</p><p>The business plans will be available electronically on GOV.UK and copies will be placed in the libraries of both Houses.</p><p> </p>","house":"Lords","noticeNumber":0,"hasAttachments":false,"hasLinkedStatements":true,"linkedStatements":[{"linkedStatementId":1671618,"linkType":"JointStatement","linkDate":"2023-11-21T00:00:00"}],"attachments":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Statements/1671623","method":"GET"}]}
