Welcome and opening remarks from the co-chairs and adoption of the agenda</p><p>2. Update on Withdrawal Agreement Implementation in accordance with Article 164 of the Withdrawal Agreement, in particular on the Windsor Framework and citizens’ rights</p><p>3. Decisions to be adopted by the Joint Committee</p><p>3.1. Decision No 2/2023 adding two newly adopted Union acts to Annex 2 to the Windsor Framework</p><p>3.2. Decision No 3/2023 amending Part I of Annex I to the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community</p><p>4. AOB</p><p>5.
