Having consulted the Secretary of State for Business, Energy &amp; Industrial Strategy who is accountable for nuclear security and the Office for Nuclear Regulation, I can confirm, in accordance with Schedule 7, Section 25(3) of the Energy Act 2013, that there have been no exclusions to the published document on the grounds of national security.</p>","house":"Lords","noticeNumber":0,"hasAttachments":false,"hasLinkedStatements":true,"linkedStatements":[{"linkedStatementId":1133506,"linkType":"JointStatement","linkDate":"2019-06-20T00:00:00"}],"attachments":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Statements/1133509","method":"GET"}]}
