{"value":{"id":1110471,"memberId":4311,"member":null,"memberRole":"The Minister of State, Home Office","uin":"HLWS1463","dateMade":"2019-04-09T00:00:00","answeringBodyId":1,"answeringBodyName":"Home Office","title":"Report of the Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation on the operation in 2017 of the Terrorism Acts 2000 and 2006, the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act 2011, and the Terrorist Asset Freezing Etc Act 2010","text":"<p>My rt hon Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department (Sajid Javid) has today made the following Written Ministerial Statement:</p><p>In accordance with section 36 of the Terrorism Act 2006, Max Hill QC, the former Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation, prepared a report on the operation in 2017 of the Terrorism Act 2000, the Terrorism Act 2006 the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act 2011, and The Terrorist Asset Freezing etc Act 2010, which was laid before the House on 10 October 2018.</p><p>I am grateful to Mr Hill for his report and have carefully considered the recommendations and observations included in them. I am today laying before the House the Government’s response to the report (CP88).
