{"value":{"id":1110056,"memberId":4487,"member":null,"memberRole":"Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Small Business, Consumers and Corporate Responsibility","uin":"HCWS1495","dateMade":"2019-04-08T00:00:00","answeringBodyId":201,"answeringBodyName":"Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy","title":"Companies House Public Targets 2019/2020","text":"<p>My noble Friend the Parliamentary Under Secretary for State for the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (Lord Henley) has made the following statement:</p><p>I have set Companies House the following targets for the year 2019/20:</p><p><strong>Public Targets</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that our digital services are available 99.9% of the time</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Ensure that 97% of companies have an up-to-date confirmation statement</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Achieve a customer satisfaction rate of 83%</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Provide a digital service to enable someone at risk to apply for their personal data to be protected</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Deliver digital services that transform the end to end accounts filing journey</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Increase job applications from underrepresented groups by 10%</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Ensure that our people understand, and are engaged with, our purpose and vision, achieving a score in this area in the Civil Service People Survey in the upper quartile</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Reduce the cost of our business activities by 3.5%</li></ul>","house":"Commons","noticeNumber":1,"hasAttachments":false,"hasLinkedStatements":true,"linkedStatements":[{"linkedStatementId":1110058,"linkType":"JointStatement","linkDate":"2019-04-08T00:00:00"}],"attachments":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Statements/1110056","method":"GET"}]}
