For spend relating to the Electric Vehicles campaign please contact the lead department, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.</li><li>23red, to work with JOE Media for PR activity on Drink Driving to challenge young men's perception of &quot;feeling fine to drive&quot;. This included a pre-recorded audio package and social media content. This activity came to a total cost of £49,974.89.</li><li>23red, to work with JOE Media and The News Movement for content on the effects of drugs on people's ability to drive, and how peers can support each other to avoid risks. This included the production of social media reels and advertorials.
