While the guide makes no direct reference to the capitalisation of references to Travellers, a capital letter was used to align with the Government Analysis Function's <a href=\"https://analysisfunction.civilservice.gov.uk/policy-store/ethnicity-harmonised-standard/#questions-for-england\" target=\"_blank\">harmonised standard for ethnicity</a>, based on the 2011 Census.</p><p> </p><p>This standard is also followed by the Office for National Statistics in its <a href=\"https://service-manual.ons.gov.uk/content/language/ethnicity-and-race\" target=\"_blank\">service manual</a>.</p>","originalAnswerText":"","comparableAnswerText":"","dateAnswerCorrected":null,"dateHoldingAnswer":null,"attachmentCount":0,"heading":"Travellers: Ethnic Groups","attachments":[],"groupedQuestionsDates":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Questions/1844533","method":"GET"}]}
