They currently estimate they will be in a position to carry out a public consultation in summer 2024.</p><p> </p><p>However, in the meantime, HSE have updated their web guidance to ensure it is clear that provision must be made for any worker with a disability to enable them to have access to facilities which are adjusted to their use if necessary.</p>","originalAnswerText":"","comparableAnswerText":"","dateAnswerCorrected":null,"dateHoldingAnswer":null,"attachmentCount":0,"heading":"Public Lavatories: Men","attachments":[],"groupedQuestionsDates":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Questions/1663418","method":"GET"}]}
