The National Partnership Agreement sets out key principles of Right Care, Right Person and its application to mental health-related incidents and local systems and partners are encouraged to work together to jointly plan and develop local approaches to implementation, supported by this guidance.</p>","originalAnswerText":"","comparableAnswerText":"","dateAnswerCorrected":null,"dateHoldingAnswer":null,"attachmentCount":0,"heading":"Mental Health Services","attachments":[],"groupedQuestionsDates":[]},"links":[{"rel":"self","href":"/Questions/1661998","method":"GET"}]}
