However, historic data in 2014/15 from a standalone survey of health behaviours in children who are 15 years old by region, showed that 46.8% of those in the North East reported eating five or more portions of fruit and vegetables per day.</p><p> </p><p>The National Diet and Nutrition Survey (NDNS) provides information on dietary intakes and of nutritional status for children and adults in the United Kingdom by age group.
